Do you design House Plans from start to finish?

Yes we do. We will have involve in the design process from start to finish of the design Journey.

Do you submit plans to the Parish Council for clients?

Yes do on the request of the client. This usually done at an extra cost. Cst Depends on the Parish Council.

How much do you charge for House Plan?

We charge based on the square area of the plan. See House plan Calculator and Price.

What do I need to start the drafting process?

You will need the Land surveyors ID Report, and to fill out our application Form.

What do I need to submit my plan?

You need will National/Valid ID, TRN, Proof of Owenership, Surveyors ID Report, Tax Certificate, Approval Fee, 3-6 Copies of Drawing.
