Talk it through
Tell us what you want to build and where. We visit and assess the site, usually in one day, and any site visit fee is credited toward your drawings.
Book a consultation →Design it with your draftsman
Your draftsman designs with you, including a live online session, with two rounds of revisions. Then come the full working drawings.
Get a design fee estimate →Take it through the Parish Council
We check your drawings with the Council first and make any corrections free, then submit for you if you ask.
Architectural Services →Know the real cost
A Bill of Quantities lists materials, labour and cost, for NHT, your bank, insurance or comparing contractors.
Request an estimate →Build it right
Site preparation, structure, timber or concrete roof and finishes, from your approved drawings, by the team that designed them.
Construction Services →Hand over
A final walkthrough together, and the keys are yours. Your drawings and documents stay in CAMS Community.
